Former Congressman and Retired Lieutenant Colonel Allen West has requested a call for action. In case you have not yet heard, Friday night, August 20, 2021, Allen West’s wife, Angela West, was falsely arrest for “Suspicion of DUI” in Dallas, Texas.
Mrs. West had been having dinner with friends that evening along with her grandson at a P.F. Chang’s Chinese Restaurant. Angela at dinner and drank only water and lemonade. On her way home, she was stopped by Officer L. Harris, Shield #11792, of the Dallas Police Deparment (assigned to DUI task force), pulled Mrs. West over for failure to signal a lane change. Office Harris then proceeded to accuse her of DUI and gave Mrs. West a sobriety field test. After passing the breathalyzer test several times, she was asked to give a blood sample. After refusing to do so, Office Harris placed Mrs. West under arrest and charged her with DWI with a minor child in the vehicle. Blood was eventually drawn with no signs of alcohol or narcotics in Mrs. West’s system.

Mrs. West was wrongfully held overnight in a detention facility.
